3-Person Scramble – Tournament Rules

This tournament will be played in a three-person scramble format, encouraging teamwork, strategy, and a fun, competitive atmosphere for all participants.

Format:

• 3-person teams

• Scramble format: Each player tees off, and the team selects the best shot

• All players then play from that chosen spot, and the process repeats until the ball is holed

• One score per team per hole

Rules:

• A minimum of 3 tee shots per player must be used during the round

• Teams may place the ball within one club length of the chosen shot, no closer to the hole, and within the same condition (rough stays in rough, etc.)

• Putting must be played from within 6 inches of the chosen spot, no closer to the hole

• USGA rules govern all play, except where modified by local or tournament rules

Additional Information:

• Scoring is gross only, unless otherwise announced

• Ties will be broken using a scorecard playoff starting on the hardest-rated hole

• Pace of play is important—please keep up with the group ahead

• Scorecards and local rules will be provided at check-in.
